Jay's preliminary estimates of damage for local roads, sewer lines nearly $4 million from June 29 storm

A section of the Whistle Stop Trail, a multiuse rail-trail owned by the state is shut down from U.S. Route 2/state Route 4 in Dryden village in Wilton to Jay Plaza in Jay.
