Japanese gets ten years for $770,000 romance fraud operating from Ghana

The Osaka District Court has sentenced Hikaru Morikawa to ten years in prison for being a key figure in a fraud ring in Africa that targeted Japanese people, reports Mainichi Broadcasting System.
