Japan to begin gradual release of treated Fukushima wastewater Thursday

Japan announced Tuesday that it will begin its gradual release of treated radioactive wastewater collected from the destroyed Fukushima nuclear power plant into the ocean on Thursday as it seeks to continue decommission.
