Japan SDF plane leaves Djibouti, likely for Sudan evacuation mission

Japan continued efforts to evacuate its citizens stranded in conflict-torn Sudan on April 24, sending a Self-Defense Forces plane, which had been waiting in a neighboring country, while some Japanese were transported in operations by foreign governments.
