Jammu & Kashmir HCBA says DM order to stall bar elections was outcome of speculation, denies threatening lawyers

The District Magistrate had issued an order under Section 144, CrPC to halt bar elections. However, JKHCBA has denied having notified any election and refuted allegations that its members threatened other lawyers.
