Jamie Young, 35, is arraigned for the murder of his ex's new lover on Phillip Goldson Highway

The ex-boyfriend of a woman whose new boyfriend was gunned down last weekend is behind bars, accused of pursuing them both, killing the new lover then fleeing the scene of the murder.
