A jailed terrorist recruiter suspected of radicalising Salman Abedi may yet be forced to give evidence to the public inquiry into the Manchester Arena bombing after he lost a key legal battle.
Abdalraouf Abdallah, 27, from Moss Side, is refusing to attend, arguing he is unfit to give evidence because of his 'fragile' mental state and that he has no confidence that the inquiry would treat him fairly.
