Jailed Kremlin Critic Navalny Moved To Arctic Penal Colony, Spokespersons Say

Imprisoned Russian opposition politician Aleksei Navalny, whose whereabouts had been unknown since early December, has been moved to a penal colony in the Arctic, his spokeswoman said December 25.
