Following the alleged flagrant disobedience to an order of the Election Petition Tribunal, the Action Alliance party has filed a motion on notice seeking to jail the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Resident Electoral Commissioner, in charge of Enugu State, Mr Joseph Chukwuemeka Chukwu. The motion filed on Thursday, which SaharaReporters obtained on Friday morning is titled: “Disobedience to the Order of the Tribunal by the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Enugu State- Contemnor”.
