The Jacksonville Housing Authority announced two dates for a COVID-19 vaccination drive, a new option to serve the city's low-income residents in the continuing effort to defeat the coronavirus pandemic.
The JHA plans to administer 500 COVID-19 vaccine doses as part of a partnership with Agape Family Health. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Centennial Towers senior center, 230 East First Street, in the Springfield neighborhood.
Agape has also set a second vaccination date for Thursday, March 25, at Hogan Creek Towers, just north of downtown.
