For Senior Night at The JHS Bowl, you couldn’t have asked for a better ending.
With the score tied late, Jacksonville senior Drew Ezard worked under the basket for a shot that gave the Crimsons the lead, then Jacksonville senior Michael Walker blocked a shot at the other end as the JHS boys’ basketball team came away with a 42-40 win over Decatur Eisenhower Friday night in Jacksonville.
“The seniors stepped up real big,” Jacksonville coach JR Dugan said. “Michael played a great game offensively and defensively, and Drew played a great game offensively and defensively — and the same with Will (Rohlk). The three guys all stepped up and did a great job.”
