BLACKMAN TWP., MI – A Blackman-Leoni Township Department of Public Safety officer facing two felony charges has been fired from his job.
Officer David Lubhan was fired with cause by a unanimous vote during a virtual Blackman Township Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, Dec. 21. This comes after criminal charges were issued by the Michigan Attorney’s General Office and a completed internal investigation by the public safety department.
