J.R. Simplot Faces $120M in Fines for Running Idaho Feedlot Without Permit

J.R. Simplot was sued by environmentalists for discharging manure into the Snake River from the company's Grand View, Idaho, feedlot. The lawsuit filed in a federal court in Idaho alleges the 150,000-head feedlot has not had a permit to discharge since 2012.
