J-K: Northern Army Chief lauds alertness of units during Rajouri encounter

India's Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi, on Sunday visited the forward areas in Rajouri and lauded the units for their alertness and professionalism which resulted in the neutralization of 2 heavily armed terrorists in the region.
