J&K admin constitutes SIT to probe Rahul Bhat's killing, promises govt job to his wife

An SIT has been formed to investigate the killing of Rahul Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit who was shot dead by terrorists in Budgam district on Thursday. The J&K government has also promised a government job to the victim’s wife.
