IVRPD holds bike tour, proposes I.V. park improvements

The Isla Vista Recreation & Park District held a community bike tour with its board of directors on Oct. 21. The tour group visited different parks throughout Isla Vista and discussed proposed updates to play structures as well as other potential improvements.
