It's been raided twice, so why is this magic mushroom store in Windsor still open?

Despite the two raids conducted by Windsor police’s Drugs and Guns Unit, the FunGuyz location in downtown Windsor remains open. Why? A company spokesperson says it's because they "battle through adversity".
