It felt like a year that was sent to challenge my endurance and at times I'm not sure if I passed

I’m usually an eternal optimist but I will be glad to see the back of 2023. To use the vernacular of a reality TV show contestant, it has been an emotional rollercoaster of a year, with some lovely highs but some really bad lows as well.
