PETALING JAYA: All premises and locations listed under the Hotspot Identification for Dynamic Engagement (HIDE) early warning system are not confirmed Covid-19 clusters, says National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
“However, these premises and locations have potential to turn into clusters if pre-emptive actions are not taken, ” he said.
The list of potential Covid-19 hotspots nationwide identified by the HIDE system has been published for public viewing.
To encourage self-regulation by the public and businesses, the authorities have utilised MySejahtera check-ins and other existing healthcare databases to pinpoint premises that are at risk of becoming Covid-19 hotspots over the next seven days.
