Israeli military prosecutor says 'very grave' air strike reportedly behind dozens of Palestinian civilians' deaths under investigation

An air strike on Rafah which according to Gaza health authorities killed dozens of Palestinian civilians has been described as a "very grave" incident by Israel's top military prosecutor.
