Island Lake search and rescue team dives deep to bring closure to families after drownings

The Oogoogeek Dive Team in northeastern Manitoba's Island Lake region, which has members from three of four Island Lake First Nations, does underwater recovery to help bring closure to families and their communities after drownings.
