Is a bountiful fall walleye season for Lake Erie and the Detroit River a new thing?

A Windsor fisherman thinks more fish in the ecosystem and social media are two reasons why more anglers are on the water this fall. A U.S. natural resources official says despite there being a lot of fish, the fall catch isn't anything new for this area.
