A publican at one of the most well-known pubs expects rules to be "very similar to the last time" with two big exceptions when they are allowed to reopen.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, Alan Campbell, owner of The Bankers Bar in Dublin, believes that the time limit for patrons will be gone, as will the need for a substantial meal, which was previously announced by various ministers.
