Ireland could face another Covid-19 surge if there is too much socialising indoors, CMO Tony Holohan warns

IRELAND could face another surge of Covid-19 cases that could slow down the reopening of the country if there is too much socialising indoors, Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan has warned.
It comes as the HSE are set to smash vaccination records this week by administering up to 240,000 doses as the roll out finally steps up a gear.
