Iowa mother aware her son faced legal peril, fugitive's lawyer testifies

A lawyer of a man accused of attempted murder and robbery, testified Wednesday that his client’s mother was well aware of his bail conditions and the seriousness of the charges. Investigators say she misled them in their investigation to find her son.
