Iowa ice cream company Wells, maker of Blue Bunny, Halo Top, expanding

Wells Enterprises, the maker of Blue Bunny Ice Cream, is set to receive $6.3 million in tax credits from the state as it adds 135 jobs in northwest Iowa.
