Iowa Governor signs 'religious freedom' bill into law. What will it do?

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds on Tuesday signed into law the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The signing took place during a closed-door event hosted by the Christian conservative group The Family Leader.
