IOC Approves Participation Of Russian, Belarusian Athletes As Neutrals

The IOC has agreed to allow individual Russian and Belarusian athletes the opportunity to participate in events as long as they do so as neutrals and have not actively supported the Kremlin's war against Ukraine or have been contracted with the military in their countries.
