Investigation after Minnesota teacher accused of lewd act during distance learning

A staff member of Hutchinson Public Schools in McLeod County is under investigation after allegations of a lewd act caught on video were reported. 
According to the Hutchinson Leader, the incident involves "video that allegedly records audio of a Hutchinson High School teacher committing a sexual act over a digital learning platform." 
School officials and the Hutchinson Police Department both confirmed that the incident is being investigated. 
"We are aware of the incident and are conducting an investigation. A charging decision has not been made as of yet," Hutchinson Police Chief Tom Gifferson said in an email to Bring Me The News.
