Modulex Modular Buildings Plc ("Modulex" or "the Company") is a constructech company using 3D volumetric steel modular buildings technology to deliver carbon neutral smart buildings. It is developing an advanced techstack by incorporating Emerging Technologies such as AI, Blockchain and IoT to produce the next generation of smart modular buildings. The Company intends to franchise its technology through wholly or partly owned subsidiaries in the BRICS and N11 economies and is building its first megafactory in India.
