Intimate partner violence impacts whole community, epidemic must be declared in Waterloo region, groups say

Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region, the Waterloo Regional Police Service and other community partners are part of the Family Violence Project. They will be delegating to regional council later this month to ask local politicians to declare intimate partner violence an epidemic.
