International Learning and Development Manager

Location: UK Flexible with frequent travel to London
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract (until June 2022)
Salary: ?41,500 - ?43,000 DOE (plus London Weighting of ?3,344 if applicable)
We are looking for a collaborative and influential Learning and Development professional to manage the strategic direction, design, delivery, and ongoing supervision of learning projects/programmes within the International Directorate.
What you will be doing
As International Learning & Development Manager you will take ownership for designing, monitoring and evaluating programmes, projects and initiatives which build the technical, personal, career and management skills of staff and delegates in line with BRC mission, values and fundamental principl es including alignment with the value for money agenda.
