Intermediate Court of Appeals to Hold Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Grant County Courtroom

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 8, for the new Grant County satellite courtroom that will be used by the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia (ICA).
