A POPULAR Instagram mum has launched a podcast to encourage women to support each-other after becoming a victim of online trolls.
Lauren Elizabeth from Rawtenstall started the podcast called Nip, Tuck, Not giving a F*** with her best friend and colleague Ashley Stobart from Hale.
The two mums, both 31-years-old, work in cosmetic surgery and advocate for safe options on their social media as well as a look into their daily lives, which has seen Miss Elizabeth rack up over 21,000 followers on Instagram.
After finding themselves the target of online abuse on gossip website Tattle Life, they wanted to create a healthy environment to discuss the toxic ways in which some women address others.
