Dr. Ren is currently Insilico Medicine's Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Global Research and Development. After obtaining a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Harvard University, Dr. Ren spent 15 years in drug discovery and development in the healthcare industry, including with a top multinational pharmaceutical company and a global contract research organization (CRO). He joined Insilico Medicine from Medicilon, a global CRO, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Drug R&D, leading the chemistry and biology departments.
