Global capability centres (GCCs) in India are increasing hiring, with 79% of the 1,500 surveyed keen to add to their talent pool, according to a poll from NLB Services. The tech sector is expected to feature in the hiring focus, with increased demand in services and backfill hiring identified as reasons, while certain industries showed higher demand for specialist roles, including data scientists, blockchain experts and AI engineers.
