Inquest into 2016 death of Terry Baker at Kitchener prison set to begin Monday

Terry Baker died in hospital on July 6, 2016 after being transferred from the Grand Valley Institute for Women in Kitchener. The inquest into her death is set to get underway Monday morning online.
