NEW YORK, April 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The InfraCap REIT Preferred ETF (NYSE Arca: PFFR) (the "Fund") has declared a monthly distribution of $0.12 per share ($1.44 per share on an annualized basis).  The distribution will be paid April 28, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business April 21, 2021.

Record Date: Wednesday, April 21, 2021
Payable Date: Wednesday, April 28, 2021
Infrastructure Capital Advisors expects to declare future dividends on a monthly basis.  Distributions are planned, but not guaranteed, for every month.  The next distribution is scheduled to occur in May 2021.
