Information Security Expert: Azerbaijan promotes Armenophobia

YEREVAN, MAY 3, ARMENPRESS. Information Security expert Samvel Martirosyan says Azerbaijani media applied several tactics from four-day war till now. If they kept salient during the first day, then started to speak about the victory, but in the last days they presented themselves as a victim.
