INEC issues Certificates of Return to Kebbi State Gov.-elect, deputy

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday in Birnin Kebbi, issued Certificates of Return to Dr Nasir Idris, Governor-elect of Kebbi State and the Deputy, Sen. Umar Abubakar. Prof. Sani Kalla, INEC National Commissioner in charge of Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara, also issued certificates of return to 10 elected members of the State House
