Jackie Yellowhorn, the Indigenous family outreach coach for the Pincher Creek Family Centre, organized Indigenous Week 2021 across four days, June 21-24, to share Indigenous culture.

The week started with her grandma, Elder Veronica Smith, who gave an in-person blessing at the Pincher Creek Family Centre before Yellowhorn read Blackfoot numbers, flashcards aimed to teach young ones to count to 10 in the Blackfoot language.
