Indians OF Josh Naylor carted off after collision with teammate

Cleveland Indians right fielder Josh Naylor had to be carted off the field Sunday after a collision with teammate Ernie Clement during the fourth inning of a game against the host Minnesota Twins.
In the bottom of the fourth, Jorge Polanco sent a flare into shallow right and both Naylor and Clement charged after it.
The two collided, with Naylor sent sprawling.
Medical staff was quickly dispatched to the field and Naylor was seen having his right ankle placed into an air cast before he was taken off the field in a cart.
