Indiana doctor breaks down at hearing as she is punished for speaking about 10-year-old's abortion

Dr Caitlin Bernard broke down in tears on Thursday as she learnt she was being allowed to keep her medical license after performing an abortion on a 10-year-old rape victim and discussing the case.
