Indian Telecom Service Providers: The comments from telco group have come on the close heels of Broadband India Forum (BIF) alleging that telcos' contention to mandate OTT players pay network usage fees coupled with the government’s intent to impose licensing framework on would lead to a violation of the Net Neutrality principles and guidelines of 2016.
