India, to hand over, naval vessel, to Vietnam

New Delhi, Jul 22 (Prensa Latina) On an official visit to Vietnam, the Chief of the Indian Naval Staff, R Hari Kumar, will preside the handover of a naval vessel to the Vietnam People's Navy today.
