India has turned into world's pharmacy amid COVID-19: PM Modi
India has now turned world’s pharmacy. During the COVID period, India has earned the confidence of whole world, said Modi addressing the ‘Jan Aushadhi Diwas’.

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that India has turned into world's pharmacy and many foreign nations have expressed confidence in the country's medicines during the COVID-19 crisis.
Modi made the remarks while virtually addressing the 'Jan Aushadhi Diwas'.
The Prime Minister said that health was considered only as a matter of disease and treatment for a long time, but it also affects the entire economic and social fabric of the country.
