India, EU to coordinate policies concerning semiconductor sector; Trade and Technology Council discusses resilient value chains

India and the European Union have decided to undertake Quantum and High-Performance Computing research and development projects that could address climate change and natural hazards with the two partners also deciding to deepen their common work on resilient value chains.
