India arrests Kashmir's leading human rights activist under 'anti-terror law'

Parvez is booked under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), the much-maligned counter-terror law in India, and other charges falling under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the official criminal code of India.
