Incoming chief deputy commonwealth's attorney is longtime Loudoun prosecutor

Longtime Loudoun County prosecutor Nicole Wittmann will take over as chief deputy commonwealth’s attorney on Jan. 1, when Commonwealth’s Attorney-elect Robert D. Anderson takes office.
