In Senegal, a village mourns its sons dead at sea in migrant tragedy

More than 60 people are believed to have died after a migrant boat from Senegal was found off West Africa's Cape Verde islands. The chief of the village, Madiop Boye, says 111 people set out in the pirogue and only 38 people survived
